"Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;"
Maybe it was here. Or maybe it was in a conversation somewhere. But, really, I think it was something that I read. It was in relation to push-ups. Super exciting, I know. I was on this quest - well, really it was a goal, to get a full push-up. Well, get many full push-ups. Within this article I read about a woman's journey from being virtually immobile to a CrossFit junkie, she talked about push-ups. Like - hey, if you only do 'girl push-ups' (seriously, we are set-up from the beginning to not have upper body strength...), you will only get good at 'girl push-ups.' So, duh, if I only practice this way, I will only perfect this way. Not THAT way, the way I WANT.
So, my push-up journey began. And, it continues. But, I always - like 90% of the time - try to insert the full push-up. Even if it is 5 out of 20.
Such a simple concept. Want a different result ......
