Our classes take the benefits of personal training and combine them with the energy of a group fitness class. Each workout is a specialized custom piece, designed for you by your MOXIE trainers. Just like the little black dress is your fashion must-have, MOXIE is your fitness must-have.

Run with Moxie – New in Spring 2017
Join our RRCA trainer Ryan, as you prep for the always challenging Tribute 5 miler Road Race. Training begins on March 21 and includes 4 days a week of training: 3 running days and 1 special Moxie runner’s cross training.
Schedule: Tuesday, Thursdays at 5:30am, Saturdays at 6:30am – Friday at 5:30am cross training
Requirements: we recommend you have a base of 2-3 miles prior to starting the program.
